Our story
There has been and still are 1000+ different types of boxes in FMCG supply chain. It creates lot of hassle and inefficiency for production, packaging, delivery and handling processes.
Supply chain managers of manufacturers and retailers saw the need for change.
The target was to develop one standard with limited amount of crates that would interact with each other. One standard for all producers and retailers would help to standardize also all the processes from production to replenishing store shelves.
Pooling service should be responsible to avoid losses of packaging, sanitizing and providing just in time volumes whenever it is needed.
Supply chains are global, therefore we act as a promoter of standardization of supply chain approaches to achieve long term impact. In cooperation with our network, we created one universal crate standard that is used by all trading partners. We developed a tracking system, built state-of-the-art central wash plants and ensured that there was sufficient stock of transport items at all times.

Paperless future in supply chain is becoming a reality. RFID stickers on all our crates and unique ID inside barcode are just one aspect of traceability benefits. These features also enable automation of production and warehouse management.
