Using input from customers and delivery points, our technology allows us to:

Automatically plan logistics

Assess the need for packaging at various points

Track the entire journey

Efficient system

Our mission is to reduce packaging waste and use resources as efficiently as possible. As different manufacturers have different seasonality, the downtime of the crates is minimal.

Upcycling design

We design our products so that at the end of its use, the materials can return to their original cycles with the same quality.

Preventing losses

With the constant circulation of packaging, we are able to prevent packaging losses, which according to various estimates are 3-5% per year. This is a high cost and burden on the environment.

Circular economy

Our pooling service stands for circular economy and zero waste. Reusable crates have an average lifespan of more than 30 years, and are therefore much more durable than single-use alternatives.

Modern automated washing lines

We invest in modern washing technology that is environment friendly and uses minimal energy and water per crate. For the most part, our washing lines are solar-powered and use the energy source to heat the water.

Paperless service

Our logistics and tracking systems are paperless. We have fully transitioned from physical documents to electronic management systems.

Sustainability – a key driver for innovation. We use the material our RTI-s are made of repeatedly for at least 30 years.

Our crates can be used up to 150 trips

We granulate all damaged RTI´s and manufacture new ones by adding only 10% new plastic

Crates are 100% recyclable

Automated production and warehouse

Yet – RFID stickers on crates and unique ID inside barcode are only one element in a big tracability picture. Standardized reusable packaging enables automation of production and warehouse management. There are successful examples from many of our clients.

RFID Solution

Our RFID technology provides important logistical advantages previously unavailable to the food industry.

A crate equipped with RFID can be tracked throughout its entire journey by scanning at routine checkpoints. Using smart crate RFID technology, managing the distribution of product is more streamlined and predictable. This means that load handling units can be tracked from producer to customer in real time.
